This is a project to develop a local business and advertising assessment tool for jurnos who want to find out if a local Web-based news organization could be financially supported by local ads and other revenue streams.

Building blocks for geographic- or topic-based local Web news sites, Business assessment tools for local Web news sites, Systems to match ads to relevant news content, News apps and widgets, Twitter as tool for news sites to channel local business, Clearinghouse of experts to help launch new services
